    This place is my favorite! Perfect amenities like the heated pool and fitness center make my stays enjoyable. The staff helped me with late check-in on my first visit and always provide excellent service. Highly recommend a spa treatment!

    From the first minute to the check out everything was perfect. The whole staff is very attentive, courteous and friendly. We felt very comfortable. A place to take a deep breath. The breakfast is very extensive and of highest quality. The service always has a smile on their lips and reads your wish from your eyes before you even think about it. The view on the Nile is fantastic. The room/bathroom equipment also leaves nothing to be desired. We will come back in any case.

    The hotel leaves nothing to be desired. Clean and comfortable rooms. Extremely friendly staff. Good food. Nice pool area with view on the Nile. Absolutely recommendable! One of the best hotels I have visited.

    The hotel is in a great and safe location

    The staff were friendly, but the check-in process took longer than expected. We enjoyed the beautiful design and amenities offered, especially the spa.

    The hotel is very pleasant and has a wonderful terrace facing the Nile. There you can lie by the pool or have something to eat and drink while looking at the river. The breakfast is excellent. The beds are comfortable and the staff is mostly good.

    The rooms are a little dark and the balcony is very small. Some of the staff in the bar and in the Asian restaurant are not very friendly.

    The transfer from the airport to the hotel was extremely professional, as was the staff. The breakfast was uniquely varied, especially with regional products. The location directly on the Nile and the view was beautiful.

    Children eating chips in the lukewarm pool. Torn bath towels. Individual very arrogant guests.

    Awesome pool vibes

    The place is beautiful, right by the Nile! The infinity pool was my fave spot to chill. I loved the omelette station at breakfast, super fresh. But the rooms could be roomier, felt a bit cramped for two. It's definitely a nice getaway overall!

    Everything is well-maintained, decent value, charming hotel overall. Its rooms are fairly quiet and huge with beverage, a view of the Nile for a fantastic stay. The atmosphere of the venue is quiet! The casual restaurant serves well presented food. The service is top-notch, includes free parking. The pool is incredible.

    We really enjoyed our stay. Staff was great went beyond their way to help us and were always smiling. The hotel was very clean and comfortable stay overall. The restaurants had good food. Breakfast was great staff were very always polite and even gave us a pack breakfast as we had to leave early. We felt they went out of their way and even provided warm milk for our hungry toddler. Wifi was great everywhere which is important to us. Value for money is great the views from the swimming pool are impressive. The hotel is very central easy access to everywhere.

    Being picky we weren't allowed in the infinity pool because of our 2 year old kid understandable but he would have loved it.

    amazing access to iconic landmarks and serene views

    We enjoyed our stay thanks to the fantastic proximity to the Karnak Open Air Museum, perfect for a leisurely walk from the hotel, and the fine views of the Nile. The hotel also offers easy access to many local attractions, great for anyone who loves to stroll and explore the city's history.

    Rooms with Nile view: very loud all night. Apparently there are no rules. Everyone can do what he wants. Silence is different.
